SINGLE PAID CONSULTATION:
The consultation may include examination of the landscaping area possibilities, appropriate choice of plants or trees, trimming trees into required shapes, problem solving, etc. I often help select the best plants for interiors, gardens, atriums and other atypical areas.
The extent of consultation will always be agreed in advance, you pay cash on the spot.
The price for a single consultation lasting one hour is CZK 500.
Outside Prague, I also charge the cost of transport, always by prior arrangement.
If we agree on a cooperation in a wider extent, the price for a single consultation will be deducted from the project price.
DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING COOPERATION:
We start with a non-binding free on-site consultation. First we settle what you want to change, why you want to change it and how I could help to carry out this positive change. I try to find your reasons and needs, and do not expect them to be absolutely clear in advance. I am aware of my potential and do not promise impossible. I do not push my clients into anything which would not be of real benefit to them.
SINGLE STAGES OF PROJECT COOPERATION:
- The first meeting with the client.
- All the necessary documents will be e-mailed to the client for discussion and approval
- Proposed solutions (mostly sketches of the final version of the area)
- Photos of suitable plants (e-mailed, photos - JPG)
- Preliminary calculation (Excel or paper - according to the agreement) - As soon as you confirm the project basis, I will prepare
- The planting plan
- Preliminary timing estimate of the job including any possible subcontracts (window boxes, etc). The draft contract will be sent to you. - The second meeting with the client.
- The contract, approved budget, planting plan and sketches will be signed.
- The customer will pay a deposit to the extent of 50% of the project price. - The Project Implementation
- Vagaries of the weather should be taken into account. Any schedule changes will always be handled in advance and in time.
- On taking over the performed work the client settles - in cash – the purchase price supplementary payment in keeping with the contract and budget
I am always reliable and responsible to the client.
I know what I can guarantee and what I cannot, and I keep my promise.
The contractual guarantee and other support free of charge within the normal range concerning the carried out job is taken for granted.
I work with good photographers, and the consequent images are fully at your disposal.
