TASK DEFINING:

The authors of the project designed a glassed-in atrium (3 x 3 x 3 meters) for a modern luxurious restaurant. The task was clear – coming up with something convenient for the area whose final look the investors had no clear idea about.

SOLUTION:
The area is ideal for creating a peaceful Japanese garden tsuboniwa - as a contrast to the modern vicinity. This garden type can be fully used immediately after its completion. It is like an exhibited painting.
The garden basis form a few carefully selected stones. A Japanese maple, a few evergreen sedges, two ferns and some moss were used. To make the composition exceptional a wall encrusted with dark quartzite was build in the background. Water flows down along it into a small pond. The wall is framed with bamboo shanks.

Judging from restaurant visitor responses, the implementation has been a success. And with the upcoming patina the benefit of the atrium is sure to be even greater.

BUDGET:
The acquisition price of the implementation did not exceed CZK 35,000.
